The length of wait time was acceptable. The cost of the standard service was acceptable. The cost to change a fuel Filter was not $50. to have the Vehicle handed off to a different Technician to unscrew the filter and screw on the new one, incurring more wait time. The original Technician should have been able to preform this task. This process will be taken care of personally in the future. The cost of the filter was reasonable.

One of the parts of the AC replacement was hard for the dealership to find so had my car in the shop for almost 4 weeks which I understand was out of their hands. But no rental cars were available the whole time so thankfully was able to use a family member's car. The main issue was, my car was finally finished and the next day, while driving, it started making horrible noises. Come to find out, the whole plastic undercarriage on the front end had many bolts missing from being reapplied. Due to this, it was dragging as I drove! How does a service station leave bolts out of an essential part of the vehicle? The dealership did replace everything and make it right but please for others safety, make sure bolts are in before letting cars leave the dealership. I mean it was there plenty of time to make sure it was safe when leaving. On a good note, the AC is working great.

Took my 2018 gmc sierra in to check rear end making noise. They told me it had to be rebuilt. Unfortunately I had had it in for an oil change back in October and they said it needed a seal on the rear end and they replaced it and 8 months later everything has to be replaced. It seems like a big coincidence that I had never had any problems until they replaced the seal!Then they tell me they’ll keep me informed about the progress, another lie! I had to call to get any updates for 2 weeks and then they said they had all the parts except for the gear oil and it would be another week just to get the oil, ridiculous !! Then I was told that they would assemble everything while they were waiting on the oil and that was a lie, they never started putting it together until they had the oilI've bought 2 vehicles from Thornhill and they will be my last!! Anyway after 3 weeks I finally have my truck back. And by the way my truck has just over 50,000 miles

I've had my truck for 3 years and have always taken it to Thorhill GM for service. I have never had to pay $168 for a simple oil change. No tire rotation, no nothing! A simple oil change. The price increased from $70-80 to $160-$180. I stated that I had never paid that much for an oil change onIy for them to look and me and not say a word. I have purchased 4 vehicles there and I have been to the service department for years and I have never seen it like this. Terrible!!!! Is someone else running the service department because it's being ran into the ground.
