Well they brought car up there with a roaring in the front passenger side front and it has been doing it for a while and I drove it till it got worse and does it all the time like I told the service person when I called and they sent him back home with it and said they didn’t here anything and to bring back when it gets worse very poor service I mean you think I drive a hour away if it wasn’t making a noise

I've had my truck for 3 years and have always taken it to Thorhill GM for service. I have never had to pay $168 for a simple oil change. No tire rotation, no nothing! A simple oil change. The price increased from $70-80 to $160-$180. I stated that I had never paid that much for an oil change onIy for them to look and me and not say a word. I have purchased 4 vehicles there and I have been to the service department for years and I have never seen it like this. Terrible!!!! Is someone else running the service department because it's being ran into the ground.

The service department is doing an excellent job. Had the 5000 mile service and brake assist malfunctioning alert. Had to return the following day for the same issue with brake assist. Parts on order hopefully the third time will fix this issue. The 160 mile drive is getting old for the same issue.

The service tech (Tyler) was pusher , telling my wife that she would have to have a alignment or the warranty and also all filters, even the cabin filter would be void. We took vehicle in for a normal service (oil and filter and rotate tires) That's BULL SHIT
